II. Supplier Qualification Requirements
1. Suppliers are legally and financially independent and can operate legally. They have the status of legal persons and the power to conclude contracts independently.
2. Suppliers have good bank credit and commercial reputation, are not in the state of being ordered to shut down or bankruptcy, and assets have not been restructured, taken over and frozen.
3. The materials supplied must have the certificates of production license, inspection (inspection) report and other certificates issued by the authoritative departments of the State; special materials must have the relevant certificates in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
4. Suppliers have perfect quality assurance system and quality certification.
5. Has the same or similar performance in production, sales and procurement.
